McLaren introduced new option packages for 2016 as well. The Enhanced Technology Package adds front vehicle lifter for those pesky speed bumps, power-adjustable seats and steering column, premium Meridian sound system, parking sensors, backup camera, and car cover. The package stickers for $9,950, a price which McLaren claims is $6,000 cheaper than choosing these options a-la-carte on the 2015 650S.
For those who want to bring individuality to their supercars, ten additional exterior colors are now available in the MSO range.
Checking the $2,830 box next to the Track Telemetry App equips the 650S with a host of data collection services for track-day duty. The apps keep track of lap times, time comparisons with other McLaren owners, data logging, and GPS track replay.

For $1,300, Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires are available for those who want the most aggressive rubber possible, though these tires are not legal in every state.
Finally, larger profile racing seats are offered at the same price as the standard racing seats, providing a more accommodating cabin, alongside optional $930 soft-closing doors.
Prices for the 2016 McLaren 650S begin at $273,600 for the coupe, and $288,600 for the convertible, including destination. This is a $4,000 price hike over the 2015 coupe, and a $4,275 bump for the convertible. 2016 models will make their way into owner’s hands this December.
