This week we saw Audi reveal the second generation of its A5 Sportback, in both regular and sporty S5 trim. One of the cars many readers have compared the A5 Sportback to is Ford Motor Company’s [NYSE:F] Fusion. This week we drove the new Fusion Sport, a twin-turbocharged, all-wheel-drive sports sedan being introduced for 2017. Find out what it’s like in our first drive review.
Land Rover is reviving the Discovery nameplate for a new SUV to replace the aging LR4. The vehicle will debut this month at the 2016 Paris auto show but this week we received an early look. It’s a handsome off-roader and we have to wonder if it will cannibalize sales from the more upmarket Range Rover offerings.
Porsche’s redesigned Panamera has spawned its plug-in hybrid variant. The car is the replacement for the Panamera S E-Hybrid but has a bigger battery, more power and standard all-wheel drive. In white, it almost looks like the stunning Mission E concept.
Another electrified sedan making headlines this week is the 2017 Karma Revero. It’s the Fisker Karma reborn. Read up on all the changes in our in-depth preview.
