Subaru will preview the next Impreza hatchback with a new concept car set to debut at the 2015 Tokyo auto show later this month. The company will also show a new concept called the Viziv Future that looks like a close approximation of what the next Forester might look like.

Subaru’s other Tokyo debut is an all-wheel-drive, hybrid crossover concept called the Viziv Future Concept. Meant to preview future small crossovers like the next Subaru Forester and possibly the next XV Crosstrek, the Viziv combines technology elements like an advanced version of Subaru’s EyeSight active safety system and a new hybrid powertrain with a small, direct-injection turbo engine. It also looks to appeal to the active-lifestyle crowd with various ways of carrying bikes both inside the car and mounted on an exterior rack.
Stay tuned to hear more information about these two Subaru concepts as they make their official debuts in Tokyo in a few weeks.
